Minced organic Berkshire pork is gently stir-fried in healthy, organic, Hi-Oliec sunflower oil, along with fresh holy basil leaves, garlic, fresh red chilli, oyster sauce and anchovy sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
Minced organic beef is gently stir-fried in healthy, organic, Hi-Oliec sunflower oil, along with fresh holy basil leaves, garlic, fresh red chilli, oyster sauce and anchovy sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
Deep fried tofu gently stir-fried and topped with fresh holy basil leaves, garlic, fresh red chilli and mushroom sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
Fresh, organic chicken breast is stir-fried with hand-roasted cashews, dried chillis, sweet white onion, scallions, bell peppers and oyster sauce. We use only Hi-Oleic organic sunflower oil for our stir fries.
Organic jasmine rice is lightly fried in organic sunflower oil, with fresh organic egg, scallions, sea salt, and tiger prawns.

Our sticky rice is hand-stirred with our home-made coconut milk sauce. Pandan leaves are poached In the coconut sauce adding the gentle scent and flavour of pandan, and creating the beautiful green hue. Served with fresh sliced mango on top, this provides a perfect ending to your meal.
