This is a favourite dish of Chef Nutcha’s family and the Baan Lao team.

Fresh, organic chicken is marinated for 24+ hours with Chef Nutcha’s special blend of 17 Thai herbs and spices.

Cooked slowly on our in-house rotisserie.

Minced organic Berkshire pork is gently stir-fried in healthy, organic, Hi-Oliec sunflower oil, along with fresh holy basil leaves, garlic, fresh red chilli, oyster sauce and anchovy sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
