At Baan Lao, we try to make the fewest number of changes possible to our dishes so our guests may enjoy the menu and flavours Chef Nutcha has carefully created. Alterations may compromise the integrity of the Baan Lao dining experience.
We are able to make some accommodations for specific, common dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian, pescetarian and vegan, with at least 72 hours advance notice.
We recognize food allergies can be quite challenging for some guests. While we will do our best to accommodate those with mild allergies, we cannot guarantee our kitchen and preparation areas remain nut, dairy, gluten, or allergy free, given the complexity and diversity of our menu.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ensure that food items have been handled in an allergen-free environment by our purveyors during the packing and distribution process, and throughout the various stages of preparation. We are committed to the health and safety of our guests, and have made the difficult decision that we are unable to accommodate guests where cross-contamination may trigger a reaction.
